Dear DEMI token holders,

The DEMI project is entering the final stage of its closure: payouts to token holders from the liquidation pool. This announcement explains the payout schedule and how to exchange DEMI for USDT.

Payouts will be available from November 1st to December 31st, 2026 (inclusive) via a dedicated widget on demi.gg.

Fixed exchange rate:

1 DEMI = 0.103694 USDT.

How to receive your payout

To receive a payout, you must exchange your DEMI tokens yourself using the widget. The exchange is carried out through a smart contract on BNB Smart Chain.

1.  Prepare the wallet holding your DEMI tokens. If your tokens are staked, unstake them first by following the instructions in Appendix 1 to the Roadmap. Your wallet must also hold enough BNB to pay network fees.

2.  Open the exchange widget on demi.gg, click “Connect Wallet” and connect your wallet.

3.  Check your DEMI balance and the fixed exchange rate. Enter the number of tokens you wish to exchange. The widget will display the corresponding amount of USDT.

4.  Click “Redeem DEMI” and confirm the required actions in your wallet. Two confirmations may be required: token spending approval and the exchange itself. Before confirming, make sure BNB Smart Chain is selected.

5.  Wait for the transaction to complete. You can track its status on the exchange page.

Completion timeline

Please complete your exchange by 31st December 2026, inclusive, and avoid leaving it until the final days.

After the payout period ends, a period of 30 calendar days will be available to report obvious technical errors in accordance with the Roadmap. Once payouts are complete and this claims period has expired, the remaining DEMI tokens will be burned in accordance with the Roadmap.
